also 03's were known for gettin the head tick from unequally cooling to the rear of the motor...starting with the anniversary addition they fixed the heads...many 03-04's have the head cooling mod...

no you wont have any fitment issues even with the lowering springs...the thickness of the front tire doesnt matter all that much it matters more in the rear...lower the profile the stiffer the tire...
