I was able to anchor 15" rims with 205's on it...

I was able to anchor 15" rims with 205's on it without an issue. Not sure about the spare tire cover....I opted not to use one.

The glass/resin compound I used is not a plastic filler like bondo. I seems to be a tried and true practice, as I have had no issues whatsoever. When you get it all blended don, its less than a 1/4"...
