How's the fluid old, new, unknown? If it's old it could have moisture in it causing rust in the calipers or if there is debris in the lines that can cause seizing in calipers. Just had this happen to...

I wouldn't like that either what kind of damage...

I wouldn't like that either what kind of damage can be done just ignoring it for another 1000 miles. Plus a ticking engine is just plain annoying.

When u pulled off your diff cover did u notice...

When u pulled off your diff cover did u notice any metal shavings or chunks of metal come out? If it was low it my have ruined one or more of the bearings.

I live in mass as well and have had no problems...

Let's not forget that once you lower the pressure...

Let's not forget that once you lower the pressure down to where it should be your gunna have a lot better traction and it my make your wheel hop worse. I would get some nice LCA's and remove those...

Just curious did you buy new head bolts or reuse the old ones? Never ever reuse head bolts as they stretch once they have been torqued to spec.

Ok I guess I just wasn't expecting those kind of numbers out of a seemingly simple pi swap... Maybe 20 or 30 rwhp. Just didn't sound right to me but then again I'm not exsperianced with non pi cars.

U gained almost 100 rwhp just by doing the pi swap y doesn't that sound right. Do the non pi heads really restrict that much?

+1 I was quoted 375 by a very reputable shop locally and three hours. My other option was a ford dealer that quoted me 700 and said it would take all day.
