Which or what "1uf electrolytic capacitor" did you use. It appears there are several. This is what I was informed "1uf with at least 50VDC is good. Axial will fit better, but radial will also work....

Thanks for the replies. I should have stated that I am not installing them and a mechanic I use suggested that I need to get a tuner. So I will get the gears and install kit with bearings.

I recently purchased a 2004 with 17K miles. I tried starting it today and it "clicked". How long will a battery last that doesn't get used much? Thanks, Ed.

Thanks for all of your input. I am using the Eibach Pro Kit and it's not much lowered. 1.3 in front and 1.4 in back. I will go with the caster camber plate. This is a great site. Ed.

Thanks for your feedback. Called the local Ford dealer and he quoted $20. Went to the locksmith like you suggested and cost me $2, $1 each side of cut. I programmed it and works great!

I have the two original keys and it explains in the manual how to program a transponder key. I just thought I could save some money by not taking it to a Ford dealer to have it cut and programmed.
