Yes, the lowers come with aluminum spacers which center the heims in the torque boxes. And yes, you can ditch the quad shocks when you install these. :)

Upgraded control arms improve stability, but certainly don't seem to be necessary for this car. That rear end becomes sketchy in the 10-second zone. You should be fine for a while.

My recommendations? Tires & Suspension. Specifically, Nitto tires (like NT05) and UPR Products suspension.

Exhaust upgrades are great too. ORX & axle backs will add some power, and add great sound!
