how about rotors. Putting new pads on old rotors (or not resurfacing them) is a no no

The vibration is from the new pads not seating well with the old grooves in the rotors.

Those bolts go thru the second holes up from the bottom of each side of the trans. They should go into the block where it looks like tabs hanging off and you can see the bolt stick out the other side
