Yeah, you need another brand of catch can. The check out the one from UPR products, it worked good for me before I went with a breather catch can with no return to the intake.

The fluid exchanges couldn't hurt, the spark plugs should be changed as well as fuel filter, the injectors should be good, but you can run a bottle of seafoam through the tank.

1st thing to note is that he got more than 115HP, the difference has to do with the difference between crank horsepower and wheel horsepower. The stock 05-09 GT averages about 270 wheel horsepower...

Not a fan of extra tips that are not functional. that said any muffler shop could give you the extra tips where you want it in about an hour, they like have extra tips in stock.
