IDK about the SN cars, but on my fox I switched to a low pressure Holley Red series pump.

If you wanted to keep your EFI pump you may be able to run a regulator with a return line to the tank.

With the added weight of the Windsor block should I upgrade to an aftermarket front sway brace or just get higher quality bushings on the stock brace? I plan on doing the rear end suspension too but...

If you already have the carb and intake manifold off you're halfway there. Pull your valve covers and remove the 7/16 bolts holding the heads to the block and you're done. If its gonna sit for awhile...
