While it has 2 holes - are they both open all the way? Even on the stock plastic one (which the metal one was fashioned after) there are 2 holes but they are not open.

Are you sure that the spare tire wheel will fit with the track pack? Doesn't that come with the Brembo brakes up front? If so, that is why you didn't get a spare tire and got the inflator repair kit...
