I installed some used injectors from a Volvo S80 (newer Bosch EV6 vs. the original EV1). I think one of them stuck open and flooded the cylinder with fuel, which ended up hydrolocking that one...

Might be time for me to replace the rod ends, then. They aren't terribly noisy, but they do squeak a bit driving over speed bumps and road imperfections (potholes, divots, etc.) at low speed.

I have a oil catch can on my V-6 and it works pretty good. Like JimC I have a oil pan I dump the captured oil into so I can take it to AutoZone for disposal.
