Im not saying its safe to drive, but I drove 20-25 miles when the ceramic white piece of the spark plug blew out of the metal housing. Done it in a 99 z28, thought I blew the long tube header gasket....

You could go with a cobra balancer, they do well up to 7000 rpms. March and the new Steeda balancers do well too.

I would have to disagree, 10's in the front would look no different. The only thing is 10 inch wheel would hit the strut on the inside. Jazzer ran 10's in the front but ran a double wishbone front...

Personally, if I was to perform an engine swap, I would do a 4v swap with forged internals. Either way, to make 400 wrhp or more, some type of power adder will be required.
