Any way of converting power door locks to manual in 91 LX vert?

Not sure I care about having them power. Is it possible to? Could I just kill power to the actuators, and add extensions to the locks so they can be pulled up? I am dreading going through swapping...

Again, a little dirty, but nothing a solid cleaning can fix. Car is a gem under the dust. It has a good vaccuum, steam cleaning, washing, waxing, and armoral coming to it asap when I get it.
