just pick a spot on the firewall that has an open hole and run it to the fuse box on any switch 12v fuse, I've done it plenty, napa sells spade terminals that can be shoved along side a fuse for ease

convert it to full electric choke the heated tube is pinched off because I see you have a header vs a manifold which had the provision for the heat riser tube

I assume there are no bent push rods on that cyl?? and was a leak down test performed on that cyl?? Also, if compression is okay on that cyl,as well as no leakdown, you can often rule out a head...

so when the plug wire is pulled for number 4 cyl while running there is no audible change/feel in how car runs?? I assume it's a dead misfire, meaning present all the time at idle?

I've done the hard panels before in canyon red in my 85, held up for 14 years so far, however the areas that are soft/upholstry/doors that receive touch, don't hold up as well
