If you are good with a welder or have a competent exhaust shop nearby, I don't see why not. A 3" or 3.5" stainless tip about 18" long should do the trick.

Pinion yoke in the picture would be where the pinion flange goes. That one looks different as it is for an 05-up. The tan piece is part of the pinion flange & is a seal protector.
