Dealer cannot reset odometer. You'll need a speedometer repair shop with proper software to do it. There is no PATS in a 2006 Cluster so no relearning needed to start car.

Mileage is stored in Cluster not ECU.

I'm glad Ford smartened for 2013+ and went back to black gauges:

I have a 13 Steering wheel with the correct buttons and wiring. However the 2012 PCM does not recognize the 2013 Cruise buttons properly so that is a show stopper there.

My OK button works fine...
