Might as well since you have it opened up already. It's not hard to do, but why do things twice?

Not sure about where the part is made but, you can probably get an OEM thermostat from the dealer...

OEM projector headlamps, OEM HID Ballasts, bulbs (DS3's I believe) shouldn't be too hard to install yourself. For the money, I think you're better off doing a projector retrofit.

Had this issue several times in my 06. Not really sure what the permanent fix is, but I remember having to tilt the nozzle at a few different angles to get it to finally fill my tank completely.

Don't think they'll work due to the HID bulbs being larger thank standard halogen bulbs. Normally you'd just have to switch the bulb size, not sure if you can do that while running OEM HID.
