There really isnt a benefit to stroking the 4.6,...

There really isnt a benefit to stroking the 4.6, gains will be minimal at best. Stay away from the patriot heads and get the trick flow twisted wedge, patriot heads are trash.

it will definatly mount directly to the k frame as the frames are all the same, only difference i can imagine is maybe inner tie rod lengths or something with the lines. I highley doubt u will be...

just replace the shaft, if your running long tube...

just replace the shaft, if your running long tube heads u can get a solid shaft as the heat from aftermarket headers is what causes the rag join to prematurely fail.

Hard to make a call without driving or hearing it, but if the rear is indeed starting to make noise usually a fluid change isnt going to fix it considering ford rates the 8.8 "lubricating for life"...
