So I'm now leaning on it being the throttle pedal...

So I'm now leaning on it being the throttle pedal sensor... Anyone know how to access this? Dave from X-C told me many have fixed it by cleaning this sensor - do I just take the pedal off and spray...

Throttle pedal position.... P2135!!!!!

I've been havingg an ongoing issue, p2135 code.

I replaced the throttle position sensor, no luck.
I bought a Zabteck throttle body and put it in, no luck.

Everytime I clean the throttlebody...

Glad you warned me, I'm planning on getting this done this morning, how long do I really need to wait to clear out the adaptive learning? I've read some people say 30 minutes others say two hours.

Cool thanks for the info. Got the tb on and it's quite a noticeable difference in power with my X. :) I still have to disconnect the battery though, I just moved so I don't have many tools with me...

Does re-doing your tune make the computer forget everything?

I'm going to install a Zabteck tb today and I'm supposed to unplug my battery for an hour but I'm wondering if I just plug in my tuner and re download the tune to my car will it make it forget...

Did Ford use locktite on the tps sensor screws?

Still dealing with P2135 code I've bought a tps sensor and I'm about to go replace it... Is it just a simple plug and play part, no re calibration or anything needed? Also I thought I read somewhere...
