"Self-Adjusting" Clutch

So I just did the "self-adjusting" clutch routine (put foot under clutch pedal, gently pull up until pedal stops. Push clutch pedal down slowly until you hear a click as clutch adjusts itself.)

Pypes high-flow cats vs o/r

I currently have the Mac o/r ProChamber with super 40 series flows, stock headers.

Would the Pypes catted h-pipe be quieter than the o/r ProChamber? I would actually prefer it to be quieter...

Yeah I installed the gasket for the passenger side plus the extra tube for the driver's side flange. But I still believe I'm getting that sound from the driver's side header-midpipe connection.

Would there be any increase of wear on the trans if I choose to leave o/d off until I'm getting on the highway? I would hope that if I use it appropriately that I won't end up making things worse....
