If the compressor is working, which I highly doubt after 3 cans of refrigerant, but if it is check the low pressure side (pressure) with ac set to max car running, should be around 40 psi depending...

Is there a chance the accessory belt is loose or a weak tensioner. Not knowing the 95 well enough if it's a distributor engine your timing advance springs could be weak allowing for very advanced...

Typically coils/coil packs have a low rpm/high rpm ability, your low rpm side of the cool pack may be failing to produce spark. Option 2 could be low egr flow code could cause the egr to open fully...
