From what I see on that flow chart those E Street heads don't flow that bad considering they are a 1.90 valve.
Probably not a bad head for 302-308 sized engines.

I'm betting that Trick-Flow will be glad to tell you, they ground the cam so they should know something about it.
If you have the right tools you can change the springs without pulling the heads...

Also, while you are prowling the junk yards keep your eye out for a 'double hump' type oil pan that was used in the FOX body...
