OK say I'm gonna try to pick one up from the junkyard and restore it myself, ive heard some truck T5s are better, could i just look for a 85 and up F-series and find one? Or would i have to find one...

I had a guy I use order a rebuild kit using specs from cam, crank, etc. they should be right ones, guy is pretty reliable, but I'm gonna double check to be sir.

I have just bought some comp springs, 942-16 part number, but they cam with another set of spring along with the main ones, i dont think they are the damper spring cause there is already a flat wound...
