honest answer.... no you dont need hood pins, my hood dances alil at over 100 but still your in no risk of it flying up. hood pins are simply cosmetic unless your running big power.

the tune makes up literally 75% of the power thats added when u do the CAI tune combo. tuneless CAI's are junk to be honest. Just do it right the first time and you wont be sorry this i can assure you

you definitely dont want to use the stock air box! I would ask vortech what intake they suggest and go from there... as far as not damaging the car just keep it below 490rwhp which you will be. other...
