Dont get 315 35 20 tires on the rear if you are going to be lowered, mine rubbed hard with steeda sport springs on the rear and still the fender rub a bit with stock springs on some large bumps.

I may have had ice mode activate a few times, usually after accellerating hard and maybe spinning the rear tires a bit then immediately braking hard, pedal felt really odd and braking felt like less...

I think all manual trannys occasionally have issues getting into 1st at a stop. what i do is go into 2nd then try 1st again and it usually works fine.

mine flashed for 30 secs every once in a while and i had like half power, this was eventually fixed under warranty by replacing the crank position sensor

might be good to have it welded very well then get an adjustable PHB.

I recommend an ON-car adjustable like UMI, just be sure to tighten the nuts down extremely well and use locktite.

highly doubt any car can achieve 1.2g's accelleration on a street surface, more like .8 at best i think without slicks and a dragstrip

maybe it was from hard braking in reverse or something wierd...

Ahh thanks, I thought those were called crush washers and googled that, it said they were used to provide a tight seal to prevent leaks, i didnt see any reason for that but a split lock washer...

315/35/20 is the biggest tire you can fit on the back of cars, and that will only fit with stock springs, and it will still rub slightly and stick out a bit beyond fenders.
