I wouldn't recommend a 03/04 for an 18 year old, maybe a 96-98 cobra or a 99-04 GT for a couple of years so he can get used to the power

Might have to keep a few of the sensors off the 95 as it is odb1 and the 97 is odb2 but it shouldn't be anything extremely complicated

Is it something you plan on keeping for a while? Might want to look at jus swapping a 96.5-98 motor in there with less miles , or a 99-04 3.8 or a 97-0? 4.2 out of a e/f150 are fairly simple swaps...

Eibach is deffinately the way to go with springs IMO, you will probably also want to do shocks/struts while you are at it to and you might need caster/camber plates

For brakes I would try design...
