If it's still pinging you should retard the timing some more until it stops. Either that or try running 93 in your car to see if that stops it. Assuming the MAF is not causing it.

I put a Powermaster 140 amp alternator in my car and it runs everything fine. I have 2 10" subs and a 1000w Amp. Everything works great with wipers, heater, lights, etc on at the same time.

You're obviously having a charging problem. Also just because the battery is reading 11.8v doesn't mean it will hold that under a heavy load such as starting the car, or running all your accessories....

As long as it is fine while driving, I wouldn't worry about it. I have pullies, fan, and a system in my car so I had to go with a bigger alternator than the stocker.

Thanks for the help so far. I didn't permanently move the exhaust, I only moved it over a few inches for a little while to see if I could still hear the noise, which I could.

I'm almost 100%...

The bumpers on these cars are notorious for losing their paint. When I had mine redone, the guy had to sandblast it and do it over because the paint wasn't bonding, and would bubble up while drying.
