tried taking off the throttle body but it is not...

what clutch is best for me? I mostly drive my car on weekends, and when I do I beat it up pretty good ( can't help it). Can anyone tell me which clutch set up is ideal for my type of driving..........

trick flow kit

My 88 gt has 125k on it and it's a little sluggish. I was thinking of getin a trick flow top end kit.What do you guys suggest;go with the kit or complete rebuild?

idle goin nuts

when I start mycar on cold mourning it idles as if it were warm;it doesn't idle high.Also the idle sometimes surges up and down and sometimes it idles too low and shuts off sometimes it idles...
