Back when i had my clutch installed, the shop kept the alignment tool.. Now i am doing to work myself but do not have an alignment tool. I seen a few on ebay but am not sure its the correct one??

Well I did as you suggested. The pedal feels fine. Its when it gets warmed up from driving it gets soft and the TB makes all kinds of bad noises. And it doesnt want to go into gear.
