It's not impossible at all. Just takes some attention to detail.

FWIW, you can run ANY boost level on the stock computer. Why? Because the 94 Mustang ECM doesnt read manifold pressure.

My turbo 351w is running on a W4H0 ECM (stock 1994-1995 auto ecm)... Weird...

ALL turbos will have a minor amount of shaft play. You only need to worry if the compressor or turbine wheels have touched the housings. If it hasn't... its fine.
