It is, however the high thread count compounds the issue, making it even more likely for them to break.
Replace them with one-piece plugs either way and use the anti-seize and it will be good.

Thanks for the answer Alex. For now taillights are towards the bottom of the list of thing to do for the mustang, and I'm still not sure on any particular direction or even full-on custom.
