you may not have any that are easily accessible. Best to just drop lower hose off radiator and shoot some shop air in where the t-stat housing is

Bro, I'd get the trans done and re-position the car so you can remove the K-member. its the easiest way to do it. Trying to take shortcuts might burn ya in the end

Make sure you hang that motor before you try to drop the K-member (if you decide you have to). And I'd definitely put the trans back in before installing the headers. Good luck

If all else fails unbolt the 4 bolts from inside the firewall and move the whole hydroboost unit aside a bit. Then lift the cover off

air fuel spark....assume you have air, check fuel pressure at rail, check injector pulse. check for spark... pull a coil and plug, ground plug to valve cover and crank see if its firing
