Maf does not need to be calibrated unless you upgrade to larger fuel injectors.
New throttle body will require base idle reset/relearn.

Yea I think I would have taken it up to the local hardware store and matched it out of there bins of thousands of bolts, then promptly throw it as far as I can out into a field lol.

I ran 30lb injectors in my 90 lx that I use to have with x302 heads, ecam and cobra intake. I had my fuel pressure adjusted to just a hair above 34psi.

If it was me Id change it but that's just because Ive had the fuel tank out of 40 different cars and can do it in a couple hrs. As long as you know there is a risk of getting stranded then drive it...

I have heard some after market pumps whine like crazy, also stock ones if there is a kink in the line someplace or maybe even the fuel filter is needing changed.
