1st check to see if you have power to the pump. If you do then i would say your pump is bad. Its hard to say since your motor was just put together after 3 years.. thats what i would do.

Its called a throw-out bearing. Also change the pilot bearing behind the block!!
Vibration could be anything. Just replace the clutch/bearings and new or re-surfaced flywheel and you should be good...
