Did they mean the tie rod ends? Rockauto sells Motorcraft inner tie rod ends for $43 and outer ones for $34. I would get a second opinion.

+1 for the MGW. When installing it in my 2010 GT, I found that it was hitting my driveshaft safety loop (Moroso/Competition Engineering) in 1st and 3rd gear. Just something to look out for.

Yes, all 05-10 GTs with manuals came with the TR3650 transmission. The V6 models had the T5 and the GT500s had the TR6060.
