The cluster I got on Ebay for 20$. As for the getting keys re-programmed I have no idea. I had literally just bought the car from the dealership and the warranty covered it.

I would go O/R. I bought a catted mid-pipe and the cats went bad in a couple months.

You're probably better off going O/R and putting the stock mid back on for emissions.

That's your problem. If you don't have cats you're not going to pass the visual inspection. Plus if you took off that cats and used a tuner to shut off the sensors it will show up as "not ready" on...
