my 99 GT had a borla touring with an OR X pipe and I loved it, it had a nice tone to it but wasn't obnoxious, even with the O/R mid pipe I must be getting old but my cobra is going to get the same...

GT exhaust is only 2.25", ok for a mild bolt on 94-98 single port car, but for a 99-04 split port you really want the 2.5"

Seems like there would be a lot of heat with that much? May just leave the 2.76 and add a 2 lb lower, not sure yet, and I'm sure it will be a while before I actually get it done since I am never home

I wouldn't recommend a 03/04 for an 18 year old, maybe a 96-98 cobra or a 99-04 GT for a couple of years so he can get used to the power
