If the carrier spins on that bearing, it can wear it out and cause lash/depth issues... hopefully all will be well..again, no worries on the ring gear lol

if the knock goes away when you kill the cylinder its probably a worn pin. I've seen it a few times on the 4.6. Running it on 7 is useless... either fix it or dont run it

dead battery, replace the one you have, and make sure the terminals are clean and tight. Also, once you get it running make sure its charging... also make sure nothing is draining it over night
