Your shop tuner has the MAF transfer function messed up - the tune is telling the ECM that way too much air is entering the engine than really is, that is why it adds so much extra fuel and floods....

No need to remove tires. Backs are no problem at all and on the fronts you just have to turn the wheel all the way to the other side for each. Helps to have a stubby Philips head screwdriver.
