They used to sell these "crayon" type markers for doing this. You'd have to touch them up occasionally but I kinda like the retro-look. I think it would work better visually on the S197s though.

6x8 will work but you'll need the adapter plates for the front door speakers to accept conventional speakers if you have a shaker system (shaker pro) has the sub. Not sure if the adapters are needed...
