It's probably fuel related. Get rid of the old gas and start trouble shooting from there. Run a pressure test on the fuel system.

The only thing I can ad to this is I use ARP studs on the intake. It locates the the gasket and the intake. Then follow proper torque sequence.

If it's doing the same thing on the passenger side as the driver side. Its the switch. If it's only doing it on one side. It's the actuator.
