What block are you using OP? Many early 302's...

What block are you using OP?
Many early 302's can go .060 or more.
Also, who did the balance work and what hardware was used to assemble the thing?

If you have a place and the equipment to assemble your own stuff, I would look at some of the kits offered by Coast High Performance....

Fairly easy to convert a 351W to 4 bolt mains. Milodon (I think) makes the caps. Engine will need to be line bored but that's necessary anytime you change cranks...

I use studs on the mains in my early block which is a 69 truck block. Get the block aligned honed anyway as the new crank alone will warrant that.
I run carb with out any power adder and this thing...

If you can find and an early block like a 302 cast in 68-69 for a truck you can bore it .060 then use a 3.400 stroker kit and make yourself a 352CID , 8.2 deck engine.

Op just needs to spend some moneys on that cutter tool for the seals. I've been using the same one for nearly 20 years now and have done numerous sets for people....
Those tools seem to last...

Those Kaase heads are intended for very high output N/A engines only, also very expensive for what you get IMHO.
Also, whoever said that Edelbrock VicJR. heads were pedestal...

From what I see on that flow chart those E Street heads don't flow that bad considering they are a 1.90 valve.
Probably not a bad head for 302-308 sized engines.
