how many cars that are factory produced with aluminum heads run hotter than 200 do you think exist?? I'll answer that......tons!! mini coopers for one run 215-217 on average and the gauge reads...

put fuel pressure gauge on.....do Koeo and see if pressure drops....if it does , pull rail up and see if inj is leaking...koeo...pressure gauge should hold steady for a few min with minimal drop

overheat = result of low coolant....get a pressure tester and put system under pressure and look for leaks....if it leaks down and no visible external leaks.....put system under pressure, pull plugs...

if the starter is spinning but the motor is not turning over, your bendix is bad......= new starter and I wouldn't use any of those junk starters....I'd convert to a 92 style starter = high torque...

if your 86 is speed density you don't put anything other than 19 lb inj's in them or you'll begin to cause other issues...if it's mass air converted, you'd also need a maf for such.

that's fine, but just understand that those rivit leaks are not vaccum leaks as they are before the throttle plate........anything behind the throttle plate or anything connected to the main plenuim...
