I should mention I would IMHO replace the pump. That pump, if original, has been in the car 15+ years. I personally have the supercar pump but if I remember correctly, Soldier was/is using the SVT...

most exhaust parts from 96-04 will interchange....

most exhaust parts from 96-04 will interchange. The hangers are different on the catbacks from 96-98 to 99-04 but that's about it.

I would swap just the engines just for...

I would swap just the engines just for simplicity. Since you have both cars, any small things you MIGHT need you will have. The 2001 engine also makes a little more hp.
