Seems a little lean to me, I would think it is safe to add a little fuel (2%), but I would not add any timing until you get the car back on the dyno.

I would think it is the throw out bearing, if you replace it just get another stock one from Ford, there is no reason to use an aftermarket TOB.

I wouldn't go with a canned tune, not they are necessarily bad, but why pay for a canned tune only to buy a custom tune down the road. Data logging is very easy, just need the XCal, the live link...

this may sounds stupid, but have you had the wheel balance checked or had them rebalanced? If the weights are sticky weights they do come off every once in a while.

Like the 2 above me said, you don't need to replace the TB unless you plan on going FI. I am running the FRPP TB, works great, looks even better.

I doubt you caused any damage, general when the 3v's pop, they POP. I have an SCT XCal 3, and Shane at AED tunes my car. He is IMO an excellent tuner and he does remote tunning also.

LT's are an automatic fail, there are some shorties that are carb legal but you must keep the CAT's. I would think hot rod cams would be fine as long as you can pass the sniffer test.

I am running the bmr k-member with the 1/2" lower motor mounts and the bmr a-arms. I might switch it out to the race craft setup at some point, but the bmr k-member is a nice piece.
