I belive there is a write-up for that, possibly in the "How-to" section, with wiring info. I'm on my notepad and can't navigate as easily as my laptop or I'd hunt it down.

It's been a long time (probably 7 years) since I've made that adjustment with the SCT3 but it's definitely a user-adjustable parameter.

The charging systems in the S197's have been an Achilles heel from day one. If you've replaced the alternator, then put a healthy battery in ASAP. One of those weak will degrade the other.

What is the difference, if any, in revolutions...

What is the difference, if any, in revolutions per mile for both tires? Those numbers are straight off the manufacturer's spec sheets. That's what I use with my SCT3 to adjust my speedometer.

Very nice. Alloy? That's what my '07 is. In different light, look closely into the paint. You'll see green, purple, gold and a few other colors of flakes. Very unusual, IMO.

I know that the 05 thru 09 4.6L has a TSB for noisy injectors but I don't know if the older 4.6 applies. The tick is often considered by owners as an issue and by Ford as "normal".

The tape is whatever the louver manufacturer provides on his brackets; one side already adhered to the bracket and the other side has a red backing to be peeled upon application.

The SJB is subject to the chronic water leak issue (refer to the related TSB) and if your problem is water leak related, you need to repkace the SJB as well as resolve the water leak.

Before anything else, I'd reclean the TB and I'd disconnect the battery for 30 minutes to reset the Adaptive Learning on the PCM. This often helps restore from a lot of granny/city driving settings....
