There is a reason loctite isn't used from the factory. Have fun taking those stainless bolts with loctite on them out of the aluminum. Buy a helicoil kit first

If you don't want to spend the money on the bottom end there is no need to with just adding a trickflow top end. 150,000 miles is nothing.

Not the same exact block 99 is a windsor block and 02 is a romeo block. But the differences aren't enough to make a difference.

Sure hope you're not using loctite on timing components. No need to to wait for the leak down tester. Compressed air with the cylinder at TDC works just as good. Just listen to where the air is...

If bank 2 sensor 1 is reading rich you may have washed the cylinders giving you the low compression. Does the exhaust smell excessively rich? You need to find what's causing that sensor to read rich....

Check the pvc, change the fuel filter, clean maf again spray carb cleaner around the vacuum lines to be sure there is no leaks.

With the stalling I would lean toward fuel filter.

I had 700rwhp in my last 04 gt and launched plenty of times never damaged the torque boxes. These arn't fox bodys that rip out.
