That's cool it was something simple. The fact that the fuse was missing though makes me wonder if this simple fix will be long-lived; I'm sure you'll find out one way or the other soon enough.

Aftermarket manifolds like the Typhoon, VicJr, TF etc generally show at least slight gains over 5K rpms...

Also of course be sure fuses are good.

Not a 4V guy so won't claim to have a wealth of knowledge, but pretty sure that the M112 (or any screw blower for that matter) bolts straight to the heads, meaning it acts as the intake manifold.
