174 is a lean code, you could have a slight vacuum leak on that bank (which isnt just a one side problem usually it affects both banks) 02 sensor could be faulty, and the 351 is a code for the #1...

Most likely have a faulty gas cap, filler neck seal, or one of the evap hoses is damaged

as for the bogging, you most likely spilled coolant down the plug holes...its causing the spark to jump. Pull the coil...
