The only thing that would really pose an issue...

The only thing that would really pose an issue for strength if reused is the rear, it's also the only piece that "could" be reused in that instance. I've done plenty of v8 swaps into 4cyl and v6 cars...

With a decent set of jack stands under the axle you have more than enough room to drop the tank, I just did this when I had to replace my fuel pump, and mine is lowered. A second set of hands helps...

Also nothing in a 95 is easily used around a modular motor, it was only the 3.8 and the 5.0. a SBF would be an easier adaptation in that year car. 96+ was modular.

with the a/c on, it is supposed to spin. constant cycling is actually a sign of low refrigerant or a bad pressure switch. At most every few minutes with no load, fan on low. it works off the low side...

There is just a light socket under the shifter. You have to pull the console to get to it. You can't change the color as the shifter has a lens.

Not sure, but whatever comes in the puller kit...

Not sure, but whatever comes in the puller kit will fit it. I do not recommend trying to pull it or press it with out the proper tool.

The actual sealant Ford specifies is a gasket shellac, like Indian Head or similar. You would use the same stuff to stick the gasket to the pump. And yes, you have to pull the pulley, it is pressed...
