68 Stang Ball Joint PLUGS???

Was lubing the Stang and checked my Chilton book to make sure I didn't miss anything. I noticed the book said you have to remove the ball joint "plugs" in order to lube the upper and lower ball...

Question How to Test Fuel & Alternator Gauges

It's a 6 cylinder, 200 cu in. Manual calls for 4 1/2 quarts (including filter). I installed a K&N filter # HP-3001. Same size as previous filter. Used same amount of oil to refill as last time....

overfilled oil

Changed oil and filter. Refilled with proper amount according to owners manual. Took an hour drive. Let oil settle. Checked and dipstick says too much oil. Looks like about a half quart or so over....

Thanks to all. Have washed area with baking soda mix. Checked battery for cracks, etc., and didn't find any. Got some battery mats and some terminal spray. Hope all this helps.

Question Lower Door Hinge Spring Removal 68 Stang

Can this spring be removed and replaced without taking the door and hinge off the car? I've seen a couple of videos on this but they are working with the hinge already removed from the car.
